29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:     (a) On or about October 3, 2014, and at times prior, employees were exposed to an approximate 40-foot fall hazard on a flat roof while leaning over the parapet wall while wrapping the outside with sheet metal without the benefit of fall protection equipment in the vicinity of 220 East Rosser Avenue in Bismarck, North Dakota.
