29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(iv):     The employer did not ensure employee(s) stood firmly on the floor of the basket and did not sit or climb on the edge of the basket or use planks, ladders, or other devices for a work position:    On 12/4/14, an employee climbed on and over the guard rails of a boom lift to access the inside of an outdoor sign.     Flyway Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (1926.453(b)(2)(iv), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 477599, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 8/20/12, with respect to a workplace located at 1111 E. Commerce Blvd., Slinger, WI 53086.
