29 CFR 1926.24: The employer did not develop and/or maintain an effective fire protection and   prevention program at the job site throughout all phases of the construction, repair, alteration or   demolition work and/or did not ensure the availability of the fire protection and suppression equipment   required by Subpart F of this part:    a)  At the jobsite, on or about 11/25/14:  Workers were purging a 4" natural gas line as part of an effort to engage a space heater inside the generator room, where gas was allowed to accumulate, and where that gas found an ignition source inside that same space, facilitating a fire/explosion of that gas.    Abatement certification must be submitted for this item.
