29 CFR 1915.87(d)(1):   The employer did not ensure that the placement, content, and amount of first aid supplies were adequate for the size and location of each worksite.    a) Worksite: The first aid supplies provided at the site were inadequate to address the probable injuries of employees exposed to hazards such as electrical, torching and cutting operations, falls, sharp edged steel, and drowning. The first aid supplies consisted of only 2 cold compresses, a few Band-Aids,  3 loose gauze pads, eye drops, opened and used latex gloves, and a small hand held bottle of eye wash liquid, all kept loose in a cardboard box.
