29 CFR 1910.303(g)(2)(i): Except as elsewhere required or permitted by this standard, live parts of electric equipment operating at 50 volts or more shall be guarded against accidental contact by use of approved cabinets or other forms of approved enclosures or by any of the following means:    Shop area - On or about December 11, 2014, the following area employees are exposed to energized electrical conductors.     1. Northeast wall - The employer failed to ensure that live parts, such as electrical wires hanging from a 420 volts electrical box, were not guarded against accidental contact by a closed cabinet or other forms of approved enclosures.    2. Southeast wall -  A electrical outlet box did not have the electrical wires completely guarded, in that the cover was removed, thereby exposing employees to energized conductors.
