29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents.  a)  Work Site: Residence located at 16 West 41 Street, Bayonne, NJ  Employees using and working in the vicinity of a nail gun were not using eye protection exposing them to penetrating eye trauma.   Violation observed on or about 11/10/14.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system.   a)  Work Site:  Residence located at 16 West 41 Street, Bayonne, NJ  Employees involved in residential roofing work were exposed to falls of approximately 30 feet to the ground below as they were not utilizing any type of fall protection.  Violation observed on or about 11/10/2014.
