29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system:    (a) 1060 Fairview Avenue, Reading, PA - The employee was observed performing roofing work activity on a 3 in 12 pitch metal residential roof without the benefit of a fall protection system, thereby exposing employees to a fall of approximately 12 feet to the ground below, on or about December 16, 2014.         No abatement certification or documentation required.
