OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which was free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to struck-by and crushing hazards from company vehicles being serviced and maintained without wheel chocks or other positive means in place to prevent inadvertent movement. (a) Location - 271 North Main Street, Middleton, MA: On or about 7/10/2014, positive means to prevent inadvertent movement were not utilized during the servicing and maintenance of a 1999 Ford F350.
