29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface (horizontal and vertical surface) with an unprotected side or edge which is 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  a) 152 Boston Turnpike, Shrewsbury, MA: On or about December 19, 2014, an employee was working on the roof of this building, to attach blocking to stucco the exterior walls, without any fall protection more than 13 feet above the ground below.
