The fall hazard was up to about 19 feet to the ground.

Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system: (a) Jobsite: On or about December 22, 2014, when the employee was working on a low sloped roof he was not protected from falling nor was a safety monitor in use.
