29 CFR 1926.451(h)(2)(i): The area below the scaffold was not barricaded, and employees were not prohibited from entering the hazard area.  The employer does not ensure that the area below the scaffold was barricaded, and employees were prohibited from entering the hazard area. This violation was observed on or about December 08, 2014 when employees were exposed to struck-by hazards when they were permitted to enter a hazard area below a scaffold.  Pursuant to 29 C.F.R. 1903.19, within ten (10) calendar days of the abatement date, the employer must submit documentation showing that it is in compliance with the standard, including describing the steps that it is taking to ensure that the area below the scaffold is barricaded, and employees are prohibited from entering the hazard area.
