29 CFR 1910.106(d)(3)(ii)(a): Metal flammable storage cabinets construction: The bottom, top, door, and sides of cabinet were not at least No. 18 gage sheet iron and double walled with 1 1/2 - inch air space, joints were not riveted, welded or made tight by some equally effective means, the door was not provided with a three-point lock and the door sill was not raised at least 2 inches above the bottom of the cabinet.  Location: Warehouse, 55 Old Gate Lane, Milford, CT 064460  The three chemical storage cabinets used to store products and chemicals such as but not limited to Butanol, a category 3 flammable liquid, did not meet the minimal construction standards.

29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(iv): The details of the hazard communication program developed by the employer, did not include an explanation of the  safety data sheet, including the order of information and how employee could obtain and use the appropriate hazard information:  Location: 55 Old Gate Lane, Milford, CT 06460  Each employee was not provided with the Global Harmonization System that was required to be completed by December 1, 2013.
