OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1):  The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees who were exposed to electrocution hazards:      On or about December 9, 2014, employees were operating agricultural tractors towing grain carts near electrical lines did not secure the unload auger of a Brent Grain Cart, model 1596, to provide adequate clearances and to prevent contact with overhead rural electrical distribution lines.  Employees were exposed to electrical shock and burn hazards.          Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
