29 CFR 1910.1025(d)(1)(ii): Full shift (for at least seven -7 continuous hours) personal samples for lead were not collected including at least one sample for each shift for each job classification in each work area:   (a) Thunder Hollow - On or about January 21, 2015 employees clean gun firing range. Lead dust accumulated on the floors and ventilation system.  Lead monitoring was not conducted to determine employee exposure levels.
