29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. a) Lyons Court, Willingboro Walk, Williangboro, NJ: On or about 12/30/2014, two Martins General Construction LLC employees were performing framing work on the sheathed roof of a three story residential structure. The workers were not using fall protection and were thus exposed to a fall hazard of greater than 30 feet.
