29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): The  point of operation of machines whose operation exposed an employee to injury, was not guarded: a:   CNC Machine Area - The interlocks of Mazak Quick Turn Nexus 250 CNC lathes had been disable exposing operators to the machines' point of operation. On or about 01/06/2015.   NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
