29 CFR 1910.23 (a) (5): Every pit and floor opening, infrequently used, was not  guarded by a floor opening cover of standard strength and construction:               a) Huntington Atlantic Motels LLC /NJ site: Attic area in the lobby - Attic floor contained sections with floor joists not covered or otherwise guarded. Employees walked on joist to reach materials stored in the area. Lack of floor opening protection exposed employees to falls, through the ceiling to the ground 10 ft. below   Condition observed on/or about 12/12/14.
