29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and a lanyard attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift:   The employer does not ensure that a body belt is worn and a lanyard attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift.  This violation was observed on or about January 6, 2015 on the north side of the building where an employee was exposed to a fall hazard when installing a security camera from a JLG T350 aerial lift without a fall protection system.    Pursuant to 29 C.F. R. 1903.19, within ten (10) calendar days of the abatement date, the employer must submit documentation showing that it is in compliance with the standard, including describing the steps that it is taking to ensure that a body belt is worn and a lanyard attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift.
