29 CFR 1910.23(d)(1)(iii): Stairway(s) less than 44 inches wide having both sides open, did not have one stair railing on each side:  (a) At the Main Assembly Building located at 1103 12th Ave E., Palmetto, FL 34221 employees were exposed up to a 4 foot and 6.5 inch fall in that an in-house-made stairwell had an open side. Stairwell was 1 foot and 11 inches wide and was used to gain access to the 41 foot boat during assembly, observed on or about 01/06/2015.

Employees were exposed to 165 gallons of Resin Solution, Product name H864-MAA-35-D01, UN 1866, (Flammable Liquid, Class 3) in that it was stored inside the laminating bay, observed on or about 01/06/2015.   2.  Employees were exposed to 480 pounds of Unsaturated Polyester in Monomer, UN 1866, (Flammable Liquid, Class 3) in that it was stored inside the laminating bay, observed on or about 01/06/2015.
