29 CFR 1910.1026(d)(1): The employer with a workplace or work operation covered by this standard did not determine the 8-hour time-weighted average exposure for each employee exposed to chromium (VI):      (a)   Precision Pope & Vessel, LLC, 6471 E 49th Ave., Commerce City, CO 80022: On and before January 6, 2015, the employer did not assess employees exposure to hexavalent chromium. The employer is to make this determination in accordance with either paragraph (d)(2), the scheduled monitoring option, or paragraph (d)(3), the performance-oriented option.    Abatement Note:  Abatement certification and documentation is required for this item.      Precision Pipe & Vessel was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.1026(d)(1) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 313416133 citation number 1 item number 3b issued on April 5, 20110 and was affirmed as a final order on April 22, 2010, with respect to a workplace located at 6535 N. Washington, Denver, CO 80229.
