29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(iv): Front-end loaders and similar pieces of equipment were used to support scaffold platforms when they were not specifically designed by the manufacturer for such use:  Work site, North side: On or about January 7, 2015, an employee was exposed to a fall hazard of greater than 10 feet to the ground below from the use of a field designed personnel platform, which was elevated by a Terex (Model: GTH-5519, Serial: BR1594) rough-terrain forklift, while installing metal drip edge on a commercial roof.
