29 CFR 1910.37(b)(6): Each exit sign was not illuminated to a surface value of at least five foot-candles (54 lux) by a reliable light source and be distinctive in color:    Employees in the warehouse were exposed to smoke inhalation hazards due to the following emergency door exit signs not being lit:    a) The southwest emergency door exit sign.     b) The northwest emergency door exit sign.    Certification is required for this items in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(c).

29 CFR 1910.106(e)(2)(ii)(b)(2): The quantity of Category 2, 3 or 4 flammable liquid located outside of an inside storage room or storage cabinet in a building or in any one fire area of a building exceeded 120 gallons:    Warehouse: The employer was storing an excess of 120 gallon of flammable liquids, such as, but not limited to, Rinse, Developer, SermaGard, and Betaseal inside the warehouse outside a flammable room or storage cabinet which created a fire and/or explosion hazard.    Abatement certification is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(c).
