29 CFR 1926.405(j)(1)(i): Fixtures, lampholders, lamps, rosettes, or receptacles had live parts normally exposed to employee contact. On or about 15 January 2015 at the 6004 Marsha Sharp Freeway worksite the employer did not ensure that a 120v receptacle that contained energized electrical components was properly shielded by an approved means to prevent accidental contact by employees, exposing employees to electrical shock hazards.
