29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): 29 CFR 1926.20 (b)(2) The employer did not develop an accident prevention program, that provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment, to be made by competent persons designated by the employer.     a)Second floor framing: a program of frequent and regular inspections of the jobsite including but not limited to fall protection systems was not initiated by the employer.  Employees were working on site at heights of approximately sixteen feet without proper fall protection systems.  Frequent inspection by a competent person would have prevented these exposures.  Observed on or about 1/14/15.   NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
