29 CFR 1910.23(c)(1): Open-sided floors and/or platforms four feet or more above adjacent floor or ground level were not guarded with standard railings .(or equivalent):  At the time of the inspection, the platform used to access the top of the walls and ceiling for cleaning was 53 inches above the floor and no guard rails or equivalent protection was provided.    Abatement certification and abatement documentation is required for this violation.  The documentation should include written verification of abatement, applicable measurements or monitoring results, and photographs or videos which you believe will be helpful.  The abatement certification sheet is enclosed with the citations.
