Worksite located at Lot #58 on 83rd Street, Kansas City, Missouri- Employees were observed working and walking underneath employees and materials which could be dropped on to the employees who were not wearing hard hats.

Worksite located Lot #53 on 83rd Street, Kansas City, Missouri- Employees were exposed to shock or electrocution hazards in that the employer failed to inspect his cords to find multiple cuts and frays on the outer insulation.

Worksite located at Lot #58 on 83rd Street, Kansas City, Missouri- Employees were exposed to numerous sides and edges in which the employees were not protected from falling by the use of any means of fall protection.
