29 CFR 1910.119(j)(4)(i): The employer did not perform inspection and tests on process equipment.   The employer does not perform inspections and tests on process equipment.    The violation occurred in the Godley Energy Transfer Partners facility on or about January 13, 2015 and at times prior thereto where employees were exposed to fire and inhalation hazards when the employer failed to perform testing and inspections of controls designated as safeguards such as but not limited to:    a.     Pressure control valve PCV-2301A (P&ID D-062601-003 rev.0) b.     Pressure control valve PCV-2301B (P&ID D-062601-003 rev.0) c.      Process control valve PCV-2301C (P&ID D-062601-003 rev.0 d.     Pressure control valve PCV-2013 (P&ID D-5978-P04-200 rev.0) e.     Pressure alarm high PAH- 2013 (P&ID D-5978-P04-200 rev.0) f.      Pressure switch/alarm high high PSHH-2001(P&ID D-5978-P04-200 rev.0) g.     Emergency shutdown (ESD) valve XV-2000 (P&ID D-5978-P04-200 rev.0) h.     Pressure control valve PCV-2110 (P&ID D-5978-P04-202 rev.1) i.      Level switch high high LSHH-2172 (P&ID D-5978-P04-204 rev.2) j.      Pressure differential  alarm high high PDAHH-2232 (P&ID D-5978-P04-204 rev.2)    Pursuant to 29 C.F.R. 1903.19, within ten (10) calendar days of the abatement date the employer must submit documentation showing that it is in compliance with the standard, including describing the steps it is taking to ensure inspections and tests on process equipment are performed.
