29 CFR 1910.305(a)(2): Temporary wiring. There was broken and missing outer sheathing on electrical cord on equipment.  On or about January 7, 2015, at 3867 Second (2nd) St. Arcadia, LA 71001, inside the poultry processing plant, at the center of  the building the employer allowed employees to operate a chicken conveyor belt  which had damaged insulation on the electrical power cord.
