29 CFR 1926.62(f)(3)(i)(A): The employer did not select, and provide to employees, the appropriate respirators as specified in 29 CFR 1910.134(d)(3)(i)(A):   Buick Resource Recycling Facility: Contract employees of Gillespie & Powers were not provided full face respirators where results of personal air borne lead sampling conducted on June 13, 2013 and July 28, 2014 indicated exposure levels at 693 and 1657 micrograms per cubic meter, respectively.  The exposure levels were greater than the 500 micrograms per cubic meter maximum protection offered by the half mask respirators provided to the employees.
