29 CFR 1910.106(d)(4)(v):  Dispensing was not by approved pump or self-closing faucet only.    a) On or about January 21, 2015 and times prior, employees were exposed to injuries such as burns in the event of a fire caused by a spill of the Resin. The storage drums and mixer drum containing flammable Resin did not have self-closing faucets.         Abatement Note:  Abatement certification and documentation is required for this item (see enclosed "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet").
