29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): "Residential construction." Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system as follows:  a) On or about January 16, 2015, employees were exposed to fall injuries above 6 feet while replacing gutters on the roof of a residential house. The employees were not protected with fall protection systems.  Abatement Note: Abatement certification is required for this item (see enclosed "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet").
