29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks:    a) Roll Forming Department - The employer did not ensure that the rotating parts on the front area of where the metal strips are fed on the Lockformer Roll Forming machine was properly guarded to prevent injury.      b) Roll Forming Department - The employer did not ensure that the rotating parts on the front area of where the metal strips are fed on the Roll Forming machine #2 was properly guarded to prevent injury.     c) Roll Forming Department - The employer did not ensure that the guard on the top part of the Roll Forming machine #2 was effective to protect employees from rotating parts.      d) Heat Tunnel Transfer Area - The employer did not ensure that the roller on the conveyor belt of the AH4032-WMB Shrink Tunnel Machine, Item #904615, Serial #81573, was properly guarded to prevent injury.
