29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(iv): Employee(s) working in an aerial lift were not standing firmly on the floor of the basket: On or about January 27, 2015 an employee working for Jones Drywall, Inc. was observed framing an exterior commercial building while standing on the rails of Genie S-65 Telescopic Boom Aerial Lift basket and exposed to a fall hazard approximately 22 feet above ground level.
