29 CFR 1926.451(e)(1): 29 CFR 1926.451(e)(1): Cross braces were used as a means of access and egress: (a). Worksite located at 228 N. Belt Highway, St. Joseph, Missouri- Employees were exposed to fall hazards in that ladders were not used for accessing the scaffold platforms and employees were observed climbing the cross braces as a means of accessing other levels of the scaffolding.
