The program shall be updated as necessary to reflect those changes in workplace conditions that affect respirator use: (a) Precisioned Components LLC: The employer has not implemented a written respiratory protection program to protect employees from respiratory hazards such as but not limited to, respirable silica dust and metal dusts during abrasive blasting, as determined on January 28, 2015. The Quincy compressor was not equipped with a high-temperature or carbon monoxide alarm, or both, to monitor carbon monoxide levels, as determined on February 4, 2015.
