29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1):  In any workplace where respirators were necessary to protect the health of the employee or whenever respirators are required by the employer, the employer did not establish and implement a written respiratory protection program with worksite-specific procedures. The program shall be updated as necessary to reflect those changes in workplace conditions that affect respirator use:    (a)  Precisioned Components LLC:  The employer has not implemented a written respiratory protection program to protect employees from respiratory hazards such as but not limited to, respirable silica dust and metal dusts during abrasive blasting, as determined on January 28, 2015.    Abatement Certification Required for this Item.

29 CFR 1910.134(i)(7): Oil lubricated compressor(s) used to supply breathing air did not have a high-temperature or carbon monoxide alarm(s) or both:  (a) Compressor Area:  An employee conducts abrasive blasting activities while required to wear a Bullard supplied air respirator abrasive blasting helmet. The breathing air is supplied by an Quincy QGD-25 oil lubricated compressor.  The Quincy compressor was not equipped with a high-temperature or carbon monoxide alarm, or both, to monitor carbon monoxide levels, as determined on February 4, 2015.  Abatement Certification Required for this Item.

The employer did not maintain a tag at the compressor filtering system showing the most recent change date and name of the person authorized to change sorbent bed and/or filters, as determined on February 4, 2015.  Abatement Certification Required for this Item.
