29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface (horizontal and vertical surface) with an unprotected side or edge which is 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level were not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.    Location: 15 Preble St, So. Boston Ma:    Two employees were exposed to falls of up to 32 feet, to the ground below, while working on a roof installing a membrane and flashing, where fall protection had not been used or provided.
