29 CFR 1910.141(g)(2): Employees were permitted to consume food or beverage in area(s) exposed to toxic materials:   On or about January 29, 2015:  Production employees working at the facility are exposed to ingestion and skin and eye contact hazards from chemicals associated with welding, sanding and grinding on stainless steel dish tables and sinks.  Surface wipe samples were collected in the production employee's break-room.   a)  Employees working at Toga Manufacturing and utilizing the production employee break-room are exposed to unsanitary conditions as the eating table nearest the blending side door showed 55.63 micrograms of manganese and 160.48 micrograms of chromium on a wipe sample.  b)  Employees working at Toga Manufacturing and utilizing the production employee break-room are exposed to unsanitary conditions as the top of the white microwave on the wooden stand showed 171.68 micrograms of manganese and 158.79 micrograms of nickel and 529.77 micrograms of chromium on a wipe sample.   c)  Employees working at Toga Manufacturing and utilizing the production employee break-room are exposed to unsanitary conditions as the top of the microwave next to the vending machine showed 282.75 micrograms of manganese and 241.44 micrograms of nickel and 833.62 micrograms of chromium on a wipe sample.
