29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employers were not provided information and training as specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(2) and (3) on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard was introduced into their work area:              People Transport, Inc./  NJ site: Employees exposed to chemicals which inlcude, but not limited to Windshield wiper fluid, sterile water and Hydrogen Peroxide and did not recieve site specific training of the risks associated with products handled during cleaning/maintenance operations offsite.     Observed on/or about 01/29/15.
