29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s)     (a)Jones Custom Builders, Inc. at 2528 Walnut Street, Denver, CO 80205:  On and before January 30th, 2015, the controlling employer did not ensure two subcontractor employees were protected from fall hazards while working on the same floor where an open sided floor hole existed.  The subcontractor employees were engaged in framing operations on the second level of structure under construction. This condition exposed employees to a fall hazard of approximately 14 feet
