29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: a) Divergent Canal, Hwy. 124, Oil Well #2913, Jonesville, LA; On or about 1/27/15, the employer did not implement all the elements of a written hazard communication program. Employees work with hazardous chemicals such as, but not limited to gear oils containing the hazardous ingredient of Hydrotreated Heavy Naphthenic Petroleum Oil.
