29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6)(ii): Except as provided in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(7) and 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(8), the employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the product identifier and words, pictures, symbols, or combination thereof, which provide at least general information regarding the hazards of the chemicals and which, in conjunction with the other information immediately available to employees under the hazard communication program, would provide employees with the specific information regarding the physical and health hazards of the hazardous chemical. The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged, or marked with the product identifier and words, pictures, symbols, or combination thereof. This violation was observed on or about February 4, 2015 where employees were exposed to health hazards when using a common bucket of sanitizer and water mixture that did not have any labels, product identifiers, pictures or symbols identifying the chemical beyond the written word "hand-sanitizer." Pursuant to 29 C.F.R. 1903.19, within ten (10) calendar days of the abatement date, the employer must submit documentation showing that it is in compliance with the standard, including describing the steps that it is taking to ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace is labeled.

29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area: The employer does not ensure that employees were provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment. This violation was observed on February 4, 2015 where two employees had not been trained at the time of assignment. Pursuant to 29 C.F.R. 1903.19, within ten (10) calendar days of the abatement date, the employer must submit documentation showing that it is in compliance with the standard, including describing the steps that it is taking to ensure that all employees receive training on hazardous chemicals at their initial assignment.
