OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which was free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees: a) At the battery charging area, on or about January 28, 2015, employees were exposed to the hazards of forklift batteries falling off lifting beams and striking employees while loading and unloading into the forklifts battery compartment during battery charging operations.
