29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1): A written respiratory protection program that included the provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix) with worksite specific procedures was not established and implemented for required respirator use:  IN PAINT MIXING, SPRAY BOOTH,  AND SANDING/BUFFING AREA: On or about February 4, 2015, and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to an inhalation hazard from chemicals such as but not limited to 2K Urethane Primer Catalyst, that contains carcinogenic and Central Nervous System depressants such as Toluene, Ethyl benzene, and Xylene from a lack of a required written respiratory protection program.
