29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): 29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A safety harness with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift:  a) On or about 2/6/15 at a new Marriott Hotel being constructed at 6651 Transit Road, Lancaster, New York; and employee was using an extensible boom lift to apply wood strips to the face of the building. The employee did not have his harness attached to the boom or basket.  NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
