OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1):  The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees, in that employees were exposed to struck by hazards by a tank that obstructed the safe descent from the derrick man's platform.    On or about February 6, 2015, at the work site located at Mercer Well Services, Rig# 106, at 4501 Huffines, Fort Worth, Texas, employees assigned to work from the Derrick Man's work platform at approximately 30 feet were exposed to struck-by hazards where the Geronimo auxiliary escape line was not free from obstruction.
