29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling: (a) On or about February 9, 2015 in the break room and offices in Building 1011, the circuit breakers at this location did not have sufficient amperage for the load, which caused them to overload and flip to the off position. This occurred several times per month. This exposed employees to potential electrical and fire hazards.

29 CFR 1910.303(b)(7): Electrical equipment was not installed in a neat and workmanlike manner: (a) On or about February 9, 2015 at the electrical panels for Builldings 1011 and 1013, a concrete encased electrode was being used for a ground. The grounding electrode conductor was not a bare copper wire as required per the NFPA 70 Part 250.
