29 CFR 1910.178(a)(6): The employer did not ensure that all nameplates and markings were in place:  In the Shop area employees were exposed to struck-by hazards while operating a Nissan forklift (Model CPH02A20V LP Gas Forklift, 6995 lbs.) The employees were exposed in that the control levers which move the forks were missing the markings to indicate which direction the operator should move the lever to avoid moving it in the opposite direction or moving the wrong levers and striking someone or something.
