Location: 321 W. 35th St., New York, NY. On or about 2/10/15; a) Employer did not install a section of guardrail at the 25th floor exposing employees to a potential fall of approximately 25 stories to the floor below. b) Employer did not install a guardrail at the perimeter of the staircase of the 25th floor exposing employees to a potential fall of approximately 12 ft. to the temporary floor below.
