OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to.     a) 142 Clinton Road Fairfield, NJ (Warehouse)    a.   The Employer did not ensure jack support was sufficient and pump secured in a stable          position prior to permitting employees to work on it.           Violation Occurred on or about 02/13/2015    b.  Training on proper assembly procedure to include but not limited to utilizing jack support         to stabilize the load was not provided thereby exposing workers to hazards of being         struck/crushed by a 8,000lb boiler pump.                 Violation Occurred on or about 02/13/2015
