On or about November 18, 2014, an employee operated a Hitachi nail gun to perform roofing activities without eye and face protection exposing him to the hazard of being struck-by flying objects.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):  Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest system.    On or about November 18, 2014, employees performing roofing activities were not provided fall protection and exposed to an unprotected fall hazard of approximately 20 feet to the ground below.
